TURNAROUND TIME
WE HAVE MULTIPLE PICKUPS OUT A WEEK, MAKE SURE TO CHECK EMAILS FOR ALL CONFIRMATION DETAILS.
FROM TIME OF PICKUP-Equipment requiring parts typically has a 10–15 day turnaround, depending on parts availability and shipping timelines.
TUNEUPS - 1-3 DAYS (DEPENDING ON SNOW DELIVERY SCHEDULE)
Winter service demand is extremely high, and snowfall is unpredictable.
While we’re happy to help whenever possible, we’re unable to guarantee service completion before storms during this time of year. Thank you for trusting us and working with us during the season.
You can expect to receive an estimate within 1–3 days after pickup. Timely approval is important, as delays in authorization directly affect service flow and turnaround time.
Please provide a valid cell phone number when booking. We rely on text and email updates for estimates, approvals, confirmations, and delivery coordination.
